St. George’s Church in Luková

This gloomy church, surrounded by ancient tombstones, hides a dark and oppressive atmosphere inside. Walking among the ghostly statues that cast sinister shadows causes a shudder that forces you to look over your shoulder to make sure they are all in the same place. Several fires, some of which died when the roof collapsed at a funeral, led the Catholic Church to declare it a place of ill omen and left it abandoned. As you can see, it doesn’t lack detail to make it an essential experience. The gothic and decadent vibe makes it very hard to resist. TRY IT!
